Before You Send
What to include in your request.
The more of this you give us, the faster and more accurate the quote comes back. If you only have some of it, send what you have and we will work from there.
Product and size
Disc or wheel type, diameter, arbor or shank size, and thickness where it matters. A photo, or the part number you buy today, works just as well.
Grit and grain
The grit range you run, and the grain if you have a preference: zirconia, ceramic alumina, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide. If you are not sure, tell us the material you work instead.
Quantity and frequency
How many, and whether this is a one-time buy or something you reorder. Case and pallet pricing depends on volume, so this is the line that moves the number most.
The job
What you are cutting, grinding or finishing, and on what machine. This is what lets us point you at a better fit when the exact item is not stocked.

Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value. Order a single piece or a full pallet.
How is wholesale pricing worked out?
By the case, and case size varies by product line. Send the items and quantities you need and we will quote against them.
How fast will I get a reply?
Within 1 to 2 business days. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our Whitby warehouse. Anything we bring in for you is quoted with its lead time when we send the quote.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is quoted per order. Canada is a $20 CAD flat rate, or live carrier rates at checkout. The United States is a $27.50 CAD flat rate. We do not currently offer free shipping.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes. Pickup is at 1450 Victoria Street East, Unit 2, Whitby, Ontario, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. Orders are usually ready in about an hour. Bring your confirmation email.
How do I pay?
E-transfer, cheque, or credit card. A card payment link goes out with every invoice, and you are welcome to ignore it and send an e-transfer instead.
Can you get sizes or specs that are not on the site?
Often, yes. We quote custom size, grain and grit, and we run private-label orders. Send the specification and the volume and we will price it.
