Whitby Abrasives stocks shank-mounted flap wheels that chuck straight into a die grinder or drill — no separate mandrel required. Every wheel ships mounted on a 1/4" shank, ready for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing on metal and wood.
The range runs from small 3/4" wheels for tight spots up to 3" wheels for faster stock removal, plus an 18-pack mounted flap cone set in assorted grits for corners, welds, and contoured surfaces. For lighter blending and satin-finish work, we also stock 3"x1" and 3"x2" interleaf mounted flap wheels.
